Jewelry designer Fernanda Fisher spent hours as a child studying colorful stones on a little cardboard chart of minerals. Fernanda later experimented as a teenager with multiple art forms using clay, collage, and paint.
Fernanda received a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.F.A. from the University of Southern California, eventually studying graphic design at the California College of Arts and Crafts. After several years as a freelance graphic designer, Fernanda attended a Tucson gem show in 2001 and fell instantly in love.
Fernanda Fisher eventually founded Nandiz Design and began her career in jewelry. She now sells to galleries and boutiques worldwide, well known for her unique display of color that sets her pieces apart from many other collections.
