Returns:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.  Please email us at returns@artisandesigngallery.com to notify us of your intent to return.  This will expedite your return process.  When returning items, please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.  Please pack them to insure their safe arrival (especially the glass art!).  We cannot be responsible for broken or lost items.  Upon receipt of the original item, in unused condition, we will process your refund.  Please note, we are not able to refund shipping fees.  

Sales Tax: 

All items shipped to a Tennessee address will be charged Tennessee State Sales Tax.  Items shipped outside of Tennessee will not be subject to sales tax.
